Pursuant to Article 10, paragraph 8 of the Law for seaports based on the award of the first concession for performing port activities and the use of construction and facilities of the entire port area of the Port of Ploče from 28 July 2005, between:
LUČKE UPRAVE PLOČE, Trg kralja Tomislava 21, Ploče

LUKE PLOČE d.d., Trg kralja Tomislava 21, Ploče
on 13.08.2005. the Agreement was made for the Priority Concession for the performing of port activities and the use of port facilities of construction and upgrades.
AA
The priority concession is granted for a period of 12 years from the date of the signing of this Agreement, with the possibility of extending the concession period to a total of 32 years.
